David L. Dutton

David L. Dutton serves as Chief Executive Officer of Silvaco and is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors. From 2001 to 2013, Dutton served as President, CEO and Board Director member of Mattson Technology, a public company, where he led its turnaround to profitability and quadrupled the company's total available market by expanding into new semiconductor and clean-tech capital equipment markets. Prior to joining Mattson, Dutton held management, engineering and product positions at Silicon Valley technology companies, including Intel and Maxim Integrated Products. Dutton holds a B.S. from San Jose State University. He has been an active member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, Bay Area Council and the Alliance of Chief Executives.
Robert McIntyre

Robert McIntyre has over twenty years of experience as an investor, entrepreneur, and advisor with technology start-up companies in Silicon Valley. As an investor, Mr. McIntyre served as a Partner at CMEA Ventures ($1b AUM) and an associate at H.I.G. Capital ($30b AUM) where he led many successful investments including Intermolecular (IPO), Schooner (acquired by Sandisk), Ageia (acquired by Nvidia), Visyx (acquired by Measurement Specialties), Lvl7 Systems (acquired by Broadcom), and Mojo Networks (acquired by Arista Networks). Currently, he manages LG’s investments in Ridecell, Lygos, SideChef, and Optodot. As an entrepreneur, Mr. McIntyre has served as a business development executive at several start-up companies including NextBio (acquired by Illumina), TeselaGen Biotechnology, and AirWave Wireless (acquired by Hewlett-Packard). Mr. McIntyre holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
Andrew G. Sculley

Andrew G. Sculley became the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and President on June 1, 2008 and was appointed to the Board of Directors on November 2, 2009. Mr. Sculley served as the General Manager of Kodak’s OLED systems Business Unit and Vice President of Kodak’s Display Business from 2004 to 2008. From 2003 to 2006, he served on the Board of Directors of SK Display, a joint venture between Sanyo and Kodak. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Sculley served as the Manager of Operations, CFO and member of the Board of Directors of Kodak Japan Ltd., where he successfully led the effort to improve performance. Previously, he held positions in strategic planning and finance in Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Sculley holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University, an M.S. in Physics from Cornell University and a B.S. in Physics from Stevens Institute of Technology. He attended Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program/International Senior Management Program while an executive at Kodak.
