Display Week Virtual Conference At-A-Glance

DISPLAY WEEK 2020 VIRTUAL PROGRAM

The Society for Information Display's virtual Display Week will run from August 3-7, offering a wide selection of display technology presentations from global experts that simply cannot be found anywhere else.

Notes: 
•    In order to serve our users in different time zones, daily technical program content will be published at 5 pm PDT prior to its scheduled day. For example, the Monday symposium, short course, and seminar presentations will be published at 5 pm PDT on Sunday. 
•    All content from Display Week 2020 will remain available to registered users until the first week of December 2020.

Symposium, Short Courses, and Seminars are $350 for the entire bundle. 

SID International Symposium
The five-day Symposium features hundreds of leading display industry papers from around the world in multiple technical sessions. It also includes keynote addresses, poster sessions, author Q&As, demos, and much more.

Short Courses
The Society for Information Display presents short courses from speakers who are leaders in their respective fields and bring an international perspective to information display.These five tutorials offer an in-depth introduction to topic fundamentals for students, scientists, and engineers looking to expand their technical breadth into a new area.

Seminars
Our 13 seminars present lectures on diverse topics related to electronic information displays and applications. These seminars are tutorial in nature, and an attempt is made to provide information at three levels. First the technical foundations of the topic are discussed, followed by recent technical advances, and then projection of future trends.

Keynotes (Free)
Four outstanding keynote speakers will start each day from Tuesday, Aug. 4, through Friday, Aug. 7. On Monday, Aug. 3, the SID Business Meeting will kick off our weekly event. 

Exhibition (Free)
SID’s virtual exhibition of display components and systems is your opportunity to discover the latest innovative products from the leading companies in the information display industry. The exhibition will run all five days of the event, and you will have the opportunity for one-on-ones with the exhibitors. Many of the leaders and innovators in the display industry will be represented. Throughout the symposium, selected exhibitors will also make short presentations about particular technologies.

SID Business Conference ($499)
The SID Business Conference is the display industry’s largest conference devoted to the display market. Organized in conjunction with Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC) for the fourth consecutive year, this event takes a supply chain approach to addressing the display market outlook with executives from panel suppliers, brands, equipment suppliers, materials manufacturers, industry analysts and financial analysts. Each session will address current and emerging issues facing the display industry through presentations and panel sessions with participation from industry leaders and market analysts, providing the insights and strategies necessary to navigate the changing global display marketplace. The Business Conference content will be posted starting on August 3, 2020.

I-Zone (FREE)
The Innovation Zone is a five-day exhibit of pre-commercialization prototypes by graduate students, startups, and labs within large companies. Following SID's mantra of "showing you tomorrow's technology, today," the I-Zone has been a smash hit since its debut in 2012, and 2020 similarly promises to have the exciting prototypes on display. You will have a chance to visit the virtual I-Zone hall and also see presentations from selected I-Zone participants.

CEO Forum - Success Leaves Clues (FREE)
CEO Forum is a free event that will be posted on Wednesday, August 5, at 9 am Pacific Time. Guest speakers will share tips, tools and insights about how to succeed in the rapidly changing marketplace of display technology.

Women in Tech - Gender Equity: Doing It Right (FREE)
Women in Tech is free event that will be posted Thursday, August 6, at 9 am Pacific. Be sure to log in to listen to a diverse demographic of tech experts while they take place center stage in an energizing discussion that focuses on their unique insights and experiences.

Job Fair: (FREE)
