Housing

The Boston Waterfront area features a few hotels which tend to book up early.  Advantages of staying near the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) include:

•Close to the airport, with convenient $2 silver line train service to all airport terminals
•Staying outside the waterfront often involves waiting for expensive taxis and spending substantial time in traffic

For the convenience of our attendees, SID has reserved rooms at two hotels right next to the convention center:
   •Westin Waterfront
   •Seaport Hotel

SID has also concluded an agreement with the beautiful Omni Parker House, located just off the historic Boston Common and its red-brick self-guided historic walking tour trail, the Freedom Trail.

Why risk missing valuable show content or networking time by having to take taxis back to the waterfront?  Be sure to maximize the value you derive from the show, and keep your travel time and expense to a minimum by staying near the BCEC in one of these hotels, helping ensure you get more time networking with colleagues and learning new display industry information. Our housing reservations system will be online soon.
