Continue the conversation beyond the Symposium

Display Week’s Author Interview program has long been one of the most valued benefits for Symposium attendees—the opportunity to meet and speak directly with presenters about their research and presentations. 

In 2026, the program is expanding. Instead of a single hour at the end of each day, interview times are now available throughout each day of the Symposium—making it easier to connect on popular topics and fit multiple meetings into your schedule.

Appointments must be scheduled through the Display Week app, within the participating author’s presentation using the “Appointment” button. Powered by Calendly, attendees and authors can easily confirm meeting times and connect in the Author Interview Lounge.
