Do Society for Information Display (SID) members recive a discount?
Yes, SID Members receive discount for Display Week 2025 registration. To qualify for discounted registration rates your SID membership must be valid through June 15, 2025. Your membership status will be displayed during registration process. If your membership will expire prior to June 15, 2025, has lapsed or you are new to SID, you may renew/purchase membership during the registration process. There are multiple membership options available, including Student Membership and Permanent Membership.
I am not a member of SID, can I still register?
Yes! Regular pricing is listed in the chart above.

Where is Registration and what hours is it open?
Registration, located in the main lobby of the San Jose Convention Center is open: Sunday, May 11: 8 am – 5pm; Monday, May 12: 7am – 6pm; Tuesday, May 13: 7am – 6pm; Wednesday, May 14: 7am – 5pm; Thursday, May 15: 8am – 5pm and Friday, May 16: 8am – 2pm.
What are my payment options?
We accept only credit cards for online registration. If you would like to pay in cash, by purchase order, wire transfer or another method, please download and submit the PDF.

Where can I find Visa Invitation Letter?
Apply for Visa Invitation Letter here: https://www.sid.org/Members/Visa-Invitation-Letter. After filling this form, you have an option to request for PDF version of the invitation letter with signature.
Who qualifies for Student Registration Assistance (SRA) discount?
SRA is code available at first come first server basis. To be eligible for a student discount, a current student ID or a letter from the university or other educational institution you attend is required to complete registration. Registration fees will automatically be discounted with a current SID Student membership.

When is the Exhibit Hall open?
The Exhibit Hall is open Tuesday, May 13: 10:30am – 6:30pm; Wednesday, May 14: 9am – 5pm; Thursday, May 15: 9am – 2pm
What are the on-site service hours for GES?
Sunday, May 11th 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Monday May 12th 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Where can I find Display Week mobile app?
The Display Week mobile app will be available in late April/early May. Download instructions will be sent to all attendees.
When and where can I pick up my badge?
Badges can be picked up at Registration counter which is open 8 AM – 5PM everyday of Display Week. Exhibitor staff can pick up their badges starting Sunday.
What are the visiting hours for the exhibit?

What is the refund policy?
Registration cancellations received on or before midnight PST April 18, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after April 18, 2025 are not eligible for a refund. SID membership is non-refundable.
Do presenters need to register for Display Week and the Symposium?
All presenters are required to register for Display Week. SID papers and posters presenters must register for Symposium. Please note, current SID member receive discounted price. SID membership should be valid past Jun 15th, 2025.
When is the poster presentation scheduled?
Poster presentations will be on Thursday, May 15th 6-8PM
When and where is the Awards Dinner, and are tickets required?
Awards Dinner will be on Tuesday, May 13th 7-9PM. Tickets required.
How can I access session recordings, and how long will they be available?
Recordings will be available for all sessions. To view the recordings of the sessions you are registered for, please add On-Demand Recordings to your registration. Recordings will be made available after the conference until Aug 31, 2025.
