SID secures rooms at a selection of San Jose hotels and uses the reservation booking site powered by Passkey and managed by Connections Housing. We encourage you to book early for the best selection and rates. Rates are guaranteed until April 18, 2025.
Travel Dates
Display Week 2025 takes place May 11 – 16 at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA. The event kicks off on Sunday with short courses, followed by seminars and the business conference on Monday, and launching into overdrive with keynote presentations, four-day technical symposium, and, of course, the exhibition, featuring a huge variety of display technology and service providers all under one roof.

Warning About Housing Scams
The Society for Information Display as the owner and producer of Display Week has designated Connections Housing as the only official housing agent for Display Week 2025. Although other hotel resellers or agents posing as official SID or Display Week vendors may contact you offering discounted hotel rates, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with the event in any capacity.
We encourage you to work with Connections Housing as the official housing agent and cannot guarantee or certify the legitimacy of other unofficial vendors. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist.
