Exhibit Hall access includes Center Stage panels, exhibitor showcase presentations, and I-Zone. In addition to exhibit hall access, individual registration packages include the following items.  Discounted Bundles include all applicable items.

• Symposium: Keynotes, over 95 oral presentations and poster session with over 200 poster presentations.   
• Seminars: 15 seminar options in 5 time slots.  
• Business Conference:  Two in person half-day sessions.  All sessions will be available as recordings post event. 
• Short Course: Priced per course, choice of AM and/or PM.
• Display 101: Half-day session, SID Leadership Meet-n-Greet, President’s Reception and Exhibit tour (optional).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration cancellations received on or before midnight PST April 18, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after April 18, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.   SID membership is non-refundable.
