Will sessions be recorded?

Short courses, seminars, symposium oral sessions, and keynotes will be recorded and archived in the OnDemand portal, which will be available for 90 days post-show. OnDemand access mirrors live event registration, and attendees will have access to recordings for the events for which they were registered.

Do Society for Information Display (SID) members receive a discount?

Yes, SID members receive a discount on Display Week 2026 registration. To qualify for discounted registration rates, your SID membership must be valid through June 15, 2026. Your membership status will be displayed during the registration process. If your membership will expire before June 15, 2026, or has lapsed, you may renew/purchase a membership during the registration process.

What if I’m not a SID member?

Join SID and save! Membership has many benefits, including discounted registration rates for Display Week. There are multiple membership options available, including Student Membership and Permanent Membership. Membership is only $125, and can be purchased during registration, allowing you to save on Display Week 2026. Learn more and join today! If you have any questions, please email membership@SID.org.

Who qualifies for a Student registration?

To be eligible for a student discount, a current student ID or a letter from the university or other educational institution you attend is required to complete registration. Registration fees will automatically be discounted with a current SID Student membership.

What is the Student Registration Assistance (SRA) program?

SRA aims to reduce the financial burden for students registering for Display Week. Non-presenters can also benefit from the SRA program. It offers free membership, symposium attendance, and courses, as well as discounts on other activities.

What are my payment options?

We only accept credit cards for online registration. If you would like to pay in cash, by purchase order, wire transfer, or another method, please download and submit the PDF.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Registration cancellations received on or before midnight PST April 3, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after April 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. SID membership is nonrefundable.
