Student Discount Registration

Students enrolled in accredited institutions are eligible for discounted registration packages and SID membership.   Assistance (SRA) Program was created to support students in the early stages of their careers by providing access to the display industry’s premier event. Through the SRA Program, students currently enrolled in accredited institutions may receive complimentary access to key components of Display Week.

Student Discounted Rates
• One-year SID student membership: $5
• Symposium registration: $60
• Seminar registration: $50
• Short Course registration: $35

 Student Registration Assistance Program

The Student Registration Assistance (SRA) Program was created to support students in the early stages of their careers by providing access to the display industry’s premier event. The program is limited to the first 250 accepted students. 

What the SRA Program Includes
Eligible students may receive the following complimentary benefits:
• One-year SID student membership
• Symposium registration
• Seminar registration
• Short Course registration

This package also includes access to Keynotes, the Poster Reception, Center Stage Panels, the Exhibitors’ Forum, and the Exhibit Hall featuring 200+ industry-leading suppliers.

As an added benefit, the SRA package includes OnDemand access for 90 days post-show, featuring recordings of Symposium presentations, all 16 Seminars, selected Short Courses, and Keynotes, along with related papers and presentation materials.

How to Register

• Register for Display Week.
  • Add: One Year Membership
  • Upload a valid student ID
  • Select Technical Program Symposium registration
    • Add: Symposium
    • Add: Seminars
    • Add: One Short Course
• Enter the SRA discount code during the final step of checkout: DW26Student

Student ID Requirement (Important)
To receive and retain the SRA rate, students must:
• Upload a valid student ID during registration, and
• Present the same valid student ID onsite when picking up their badge.

If a student ID is not uploaded during registration and/or not presented at badge pickup, the registration will be reverted to the prevailing regular rate, and the attendee will be responsible for any applicable price difference.
