All registration packages & bundles include Exhibit Hall access.
OnDemand recordings included for the sessions registered; recordings available after May 7th, 2026.
Special pricing is available for SID Student and Life Members: Symposium: $60, Seminars: $50 and Short Course: $35.
Exhibit Hall access includes Center Stage panels, exhibitor showcase presentations, and I-Zone. All individual programs include access to the exhibit hall and OnDemand recordings of purchased sessions. Discounted Bundles include all applicable items.
- Symposium: Keynotes, over 95 oral presentations and poster session with over 200 poster presentations.
- Seminars: 16 seminar options in 4 time slots.
- Business Conference: Full day session and evening networking reception.
- Short Course: Priced per course, choice of AM and/or PM.

Where is Registration and what hours is it open?
Registration, located in the South Hall lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center is open: Sunday, May 3: 8 am – 5pm; Monday, May 4: 7am – 6pm; Tuesday, May 5: 7am – 6pm; Wednesday, May 6: 7am – 5pm; Thursday, May 7: 8am – 5pm and Friday, May 8: 8am – 1pm.
Not a SID Member?

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received on or before midnight PST April 3, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after April 3, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. SID membership is non-refundable.

Do Society for Information Display (SID) members receive a discount?
Yes, SID Members receive discount for Display Week 2025 registration. To qualify for discounted registration rates your SID membership must be valid through June 15, 2025. Your membership status will be displayed during registration process. If your membership will expire prior to June 15, 2025, has lapsed or you are new to SID, you may renew/purchase membership during the registration process. There are multiple membership options available, including Student Membership and Permanent Membership.
I am not a member of SID, can I still register?
Yes! Regular pricing is listed in the chart above.
Who qualifies for a Student registration?
To be eligible for a student discount, a current student ID or a letter from the university or other educational institution you attend is required to complete registration. Registration fees will automatically be discounted with a current SID Student membership.
What is Student Registration Assistance program?
Student Registration Assistance (SRA) program aims to reduce the financial burden for students registering Display Week. Non-presenters can also get the benefit of the SRA program.
It offers free membership, symposium attendance, and courses, as well as discounts on other activities.
What are my payment options?
We accept only credit cards for online registration. If you would like to pay in cash, by purchase order, wire transfer or another method, please download and submit the PDF.

Important Registration Tips
- A unique email address is required for each registrant.
- Your badge information will appear exactly as you entered during registration.
- Please use Title Case. Do not enter information with all CAPITAL letters or all lower-case letters.
